Please do not attend the event if in the fourteen (14) days prior to the event:

•    You have been overseas;
•    You have been in contact with a person with a confirmed case of COVID-19;
•    You have been in a COVID-19 hotspot;
•    You have had COVID-19;
•    You have had symptoms consistent with COVID-19;

or if you have been to an exposure site and need to isolate

If you have symptoms conducive with COVID-19 (e.g. fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat or headache), we request that you do not attend the event.  
If you become unwell/present with symptoms conducive with COVID-19 (e.g. fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat or headache) during the event please isolate yourself and do not continue to attend the event. We reserve the right to refuse entry and insist that anyone with these symptoms leave the event. 
 
Announcements during the event will be made to remind all delegates at the event to ensure hygiene and social distancing considerations are observed. All delegates will require proof of full vaccination at registration 
 
Delegates are responsible for having their ticket/s available on their phone or printed out, clearly visible, for checking at the door. 
 
Cancellations 

No refunds apply unless the event is cancelled by WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK. In the case of a State lockdown, we reserve the right to postpone or reschedule the event. If delegates are unable to attend the postponed or rescheduled date, then transfer of tickets is allowed. Name, email and phone details of the replacement ticket holders details will need to be provided at least 24 hours prior to the event . 
 

Speakers

Views expressed by the speakers are their own. WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK and its affiliates cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the conference/event or any material provided to delegates.

Photography and Recording
Declaration (please email waterhealth@jazcorpaustralia.com.au should you object to releasing photography and recording that includes your image

I irrevocably authorise and grant WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK the right to:
•    record me (picture and voice) on photographs, film and/or video tape, for audio and visual production. (the Recording)
•    edit the Recording into a photo gallery / short film / webinar (which may include other recordings and material);
•    use my name and likeness, voice or other information concerning me; and
•    screen or place online (including on social media) the Recording.

I hereby release WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK from any infringement or violation of personal and / or property rights of any sort whatsoever based upon the use of the Recording.
I acknowledge that WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK owns and shall own all rights, title and interest (including copyright) in the Recording.
I further acknowledge that WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK is not obliged to use the Recording.
I warrant that I have full power to enter into this Release and that the terms of this Release do not in any way conflict with any existing commitment on my part.
I understand I will receive no monies for this Recording.
While under no obligation to do so, the WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK will consider any reasonable request not to use or to stop using a particular Recording.  Such requests should be made in writing admin@jazcorpaustralia.com.au

Should you not wish to grant WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK these rights, please contact the event manager at WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK, on 1300 667 709 or email waterhealth@jazcorpaustralia.com.au at least two weeks prior to the event.

Disclaimer
At the time of registration, WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK provided the most recent information available and the delegate and/or speaker accept that the content and/or the delivery of the event can change beyond the control of WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK. WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK will not take any responsibility for any errors, omissions and changes to the program or content of the event. 
The WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK reserves the right to make changes as it deems necessary without penalty and in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made. In the unforeseen circumstance that a topic or Speaker is unable to be presented/present WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK reserves the right to slightly amend the topic and find a replacement Speaker

WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK reserves the right to update the Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions without notice to you.
WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK cannot control all content published or disseminated at the event. You may find other delegates’ or participants’ communications, graphics, audio files or other information inappropriate, offensive, harmful, inaccurate, dishonest or misleading and/or deceptive, however you alone are solely responsible for your interaction with other delegates and agree to act responsibly and exercise caution, common sense and safety while in attendance at the conference
WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK, its directors, employees, servants, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims or expenses whatsoever arising out of or referable to the event.

Payment

Full registrations and payment must be received no later than 24 hours before the event.  WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK reserves the right to refuse attendance to individuals who have not paid in full for their registration.

 

Substitutions

Delegates are not allowed to share a registration – one registration per delegate. Should a delegate be unable to attend and would like to transfer their ticket, details of the person attending in their place must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the event. Failure to do so may mean that the ticket cannot be transferred. Details of the person replacing the paid delegate must be emailed to waterhealth@jazcorpaustralia.com.au

Competition

WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK reserves the right to refuse attendance of Company’s or businesses that compete or offer similar services

Alterations to the program, cancellation or postponement of the conference/event

WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK reserves the right to make alterations to the arrangements of conference/event as published, either before or during the conference/event
In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the conference/event is being postponed or the dates being changed, WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK shall not be liable for expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegate.

Insurance

In the event that a delegate is unable to attend the conference/event for any reason, WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK is not responsible for any costs incurred by the delegate. It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference/event
WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK does not accept responsibility for any costs, charges or fines incurred by delegates in the process of attending the conference. WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK are not liable for any personal property lost or stolen at the venue

WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK (WATER QUALITY AND HEALTH NETWORK) accept no liability to any persons or body for any loss, injury or damage howsoever and whether directly from any action or cause whatsoever. This extends to loss of delegates property at the event
